Listed Buildings-
- Windows: Two sets of bi-folding doors and four flush fitting casement windows, as part of an extension and refurbishment project
- Glazing: For the bi-folding doors and casement windows, 24mm (4/16/4) Argon filled, toughened glass.
- Style: A five-leaf and three-leaf bi-folding doors. Flush fitting, outward opening, casement windows, slim sliding sash window with traditional cords & weights
- Finish: Windows and bi-folding doors were manufactured in Meranti hardwood with a spray-painted factory finish in a Medium Oak Stain on both the exterior and interior. Black ironmongery
The property is a detached house in Esher, Surrey, which was undergoing an extension at the rear of the property to create a new kitchen and open plan dining area. The owners chose modern b-folding doors to add light and a sense of space to their new modern kitchen and open plan dining and family room with complementary modern style casement windows to complete the look. The casement windows have multi-point locking systems, the bi-folding doors have a brio tracking system as well as multi-point locking systems.
