Sashed offer a range of sash window styles. Each sliding sash window is bespoke and made to measure. We can recreate your existing window design and glazing patterns, allowing you to retain the period look of your home.

The perfect
finish for
your windows
All our sash windows are finished to an immaculate standard and are spray painted in the factory with four coats of paint. You can choose traditional white or another colour from our Sashed RAL colour chart.
You can also choose to have dual colours, perhaps white on the outside and a vibrant colour on the inside. Your windows will be fully finished with no need to paint after installation, and for many years after. We also offer Farrow and Ball’s® paint range. See our paint and stain options for more details.

Our sash windows are perfectly balanced and they slide effortlessly with one hand, with exacting glass standards, a range of decorative horns and glazing bars and beading, you’ll love how beautiful our windows are.
We only use the highest quality slow grown Grade 1 engineered pine, meranti hardwood, European oak or Accoya™ for all windows and doors, the choice is yours.
For glazing we utilise the latest technology in thermal performance. As you’d expect we offer all kinds glazing such as acoustic and obscure patterns. All our double glazing units have spacers to match the paint colour of the wood, so it’s difficult to tell our windows are even double glazed, this is critical in order to keep an original look to your windows and property. Installation

fitting
Our FENSA registered specialist installation teams offer a premium service for our customers throughout the London area. As you would expect, they are experts in installation traditional sash windows with cords and weights, as well as all other types of windows and doors. They can also undertake minor modifications to the size and shape of the openings for the windows or doors, as required. Our installers will take care to protect your property while they are working and will leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. Ironmongery
and
decorative horns
To finish off your beautiful windows Sashed offers a choice of ironmongery finishes. Our standard range is available in Antique Brass, Polished Brass, Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, Matt Black or White. Our premium architectural ironmongery range is in partnership with Croft, who have an array of striking finishes and designs hand made in Britain.

The quadruple
sash window
seal
We fit four seals into the sides of the sash, and five gaskets along the top and bottom of the sash. Using four sets of Q-Lon weatherproof seals offers optimal draft sealing, noise reduction, and allows your windows to slide smoothly eliminating sash rattle.
The first thing that most of our customers say is that they are amazed at how much quieter their home is since they have had their new windows installed, and how much it has improved their quality of life.

When using our installation services, and as members of the FENSA scheme both your deposit and warranty are independently insured with an insurance backed guarantee policy from The Independent Warranty Association (IWA), more details available on the IWA website. In addition to your FENSA certificate your new windows will also be registered with your local authority as legal and compliant with building regulations, this is vital if you ever decide to sell your property.
Sashed makes a Declarations of Performance and CE marks all of our products with a printed CE label. In the UK, a CE marked product shows legal compliance with building regulations (Part L), which apply to all new external windows and doors.
Sashed has been vetted and endorsed as a Which? Trusted trader.
Finally Sashed is a member of the UK government TrustMark scheme, we are audited annually by TrustMark, to ensure processes, standards and complaint procedures are being maintained.
